Can I delete my Quick Bucks account?

Yes, you can delete your account, and all your information will be removed from our system upon deletion.

What do I need to qualify for a Quick Bucks loan?

You need a National ID, a phone number registered with M-Pesa, an M-Pesa account, Kenyan citizenship, and to be aged between 18 and 60.

Why might my loan application be rejected?

Rejection can happen, but don’t be discouraged! Retry after 3 days with additional information to improve your chances.

How do I apply for a loan?

Search for “Quick Bucks” on the Google Play Store, download the app, open it, and follow the application steps.

What is the maximum amount I can borrow?

You can borrow up to Ksh 200,000.

How long does the application process take?

The entire process takes about 5 minutes.

How can I repay my loan?

Open the app, go to ‘My Loan’, confirm details, select ‘Repay now’, choose your repayment method, and complete the transaction.

Where can I find my repayment plan?

To view repayment details, go to “My Profile”, then select “Borrow History” to see due dates and amounts.

What should I do if my repayment isn’t reflected?

f your repayment doesn’t appear after a few hours, send the transaction confirmation to our email or call customer service.

Can I repay my loan early?

Yes, you can. Go to 'My Loan', select the loan you want to pay off, and choose 'Repay In Advance'.

What happens if I overpay my loan?

Any excess funds will be refunded to your repayment bank account or M-Pesa account within 15 working days.

Can I repay a loan for someone else?

No, you can only repay your own loan.

What are the consequences of late loan repayment?

Timely repayment is crucial for accessing larger loans in the future. Persistent late payments will result in being blacklisted and reported to the Credit Bureau.

Is my data safe with Quick Bucks?

We employ top-tier security and encryption methods to protect your data and never share it with third parties. Quick Bucks does not sell client data or credit profiles.

Why do you need my M-Pesa account number?

Your M-Pesa account ensures that the loan application is made by you, and prevents others from using your account fraudulently. We prioritize your privacy and data security.

Why does Quick Bucks need access to my phone?

We use phone data, including handset details and financial transaction messages, to inform our lending decisions and enhance service efficiency.

How do I enable permissions for Quick Bucks on my phone?

Go to Settings > Apps > Quick Bucks > Permissions on your Android device, and enable all requested permissions.
